Version 0.1 is now available

Implemented so far:

• Only "Blue Paddle" is available as a fighter;
• Only "The Pit" is available as a stage;
• Only "1P" versus "CPU" is available;
• Ball works;
• Blue Paddle's special attack can be used: press fire four times.

Known bugs:

• Ball + Paddle deflections is working, but a bit weird;
• No collision against special attack;
• No scoring.
